When it’s right, it’s right. Your new family member leaves the haven with their history, their quirks, and our number if you ever need us.

Our residents range from bottle-raised orphan foals to seasoned ranch horses, mini donkeys to a Belgian-cross — each one vetted, rehabilitated, and known inside out by the family that cares for them every day.

Ready to adopt? Start here
Download our application, fill it out at your own pace, and get it back to us. The veterinary release is included. Questions first? Call or text (817) 823-1732.

Three pages, letter size. Print it, fill it in by hand, sign it, and return it to us.
Returning it
- Hand it to us in person — at the barn or at any of our events.
- Email it — a scan, or clear phone photos of each page, to circlehhaven@gmail.com.
No printer? Call or text us and we’ll get a copy to you.
How adoption works
- Return your completed application to Circle H Haven.
- When a suitable animal becomes available, all qualified applicants are notified.
- Make an appointment to work with the animal on the ground.
- We schedule a home visit wherever the animal will be kept.
- If you and Circle H Haven are both comfortable, the adoption is approved.
Minimum adoption donation
- Companion only
- $700
- Ride-able
- $1,000 to $2,000
Pre-purchase exams by your own veterinarian are encouraged, at your cost. All of our animals have a negative Coggins, are fully vaccinated and wormed, and see the farrier every 6 to 8 weeks. New owners receive copies of the animal’s records.
