Privacy Policy
The short version: we only collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it only to reply to you, and we never sell or share it.
Last updated October 13, 2026.
Who this covers
This policy covers circlehhaven.com, the website of Circle H Haven Foundation, a 501(c)(3) at 8709 W County Rd 160, Midland, TX.
What we collect
The contact form. Your name, your phone number, your message if you write one, and which page you sent it from. Everything you send reaches the website over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
That’s all we collect ourselves: this site has no visit counter, no cookies of its own and no ads.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you. We don’t add you to any mailing list, and we never sell, rent or trade your information.
Who else handles it
Netlify hosts this website. Like every web host, it receives your IP address and browser type each time a page loads, and keeps them in its server logs to run the site and keep it secure. Netlify and the companies it uses for this are in the United States. We don’t use those logs. Netlify also stores contact messages, and each one is checked for spam by Akismet, a service of Automattic, Inc. (also in the United States). A copy of each message is emailed to us and to our web developer, Reza Systems, who runs the website for us.
The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads, under Google’s privacy policy.
Donations are made on PayPal, and adoption applications on Google Forms. Both happen on those sites, under their own privacy policies. So do our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Nextdoor pages.
How long we keep it
We keep it so we can reply to you. Ask, and we’ll delete it.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you’ve sent us, email privacy@rezasystems.com. Our web developer, Reza Systems, handles these requests. When you ask for deletion, they remove it from the website’s records and we delete our copies. You can also call or text (817) 823‑1732.
Your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting doesn’t change anything here, because this site doesn’t follow you around the web.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
